I didn’t expect much, just needed help with a simple issue, but the whole thing left me feeling like I had to practically beg for someone to care. Every reply felt half-hearted, like I was bothering them by asking for basic support.
After going back and forth with unclear answers, I ended up more frustrated than when I started. It’s hard not to feel resentful after an experience like that, and I really wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again

I liked that midwestlogfurniture.com had a good range of custom options, like different sizes, finishes, and a few fabric choices. It made it feel easier to get something closer to what I had in mind instead of just settling for a standard piece.
The only thing is, some of the options were kind of hard to describe, but not always clear in terms of what they actually changed or how much they’d affect the final look. I ended up emailing a question and waiting a bit for an answer. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just maybe could be a little easier to understand

I was actually excited about this table, but as soon as I unpacked it, the finish looked off. Some areas were shiny, while other spots were dull like they forgot to put the final coat on, and that part was weird.

I also noticed a few little drips and marks around the corners, which made it feel kind of rushed. For what it cost, I expected it to look a lot cleaner and more polished.

Customer service took a while to respond too, so the whole thing was just frustrating. I really wanted to like it, but i wouldn’t order it again.

I didn’t really get clear updates along the way, and I barely heard back from anyone. To me, it felt like communication just wasn’t a priority, which made the whole experience frustrating

One of the pieces in my order arrived damaged, which was definitely frustrating after waiting for it to get here. I sent over some photos and it took a couple days to get a response, so I did have to check in once. To be fair, they ended up sending a replacement part and everything looks good now. I’d say for other customers, just be ready to follow up if needed, but they did take care of the problem in the end. The furniture is nice now that it’s all sorted out.

The box showed up all smashed and beat up, which was kind of disappointing. I mean, the packaging felt flimsy, and I noticed that before anything else. It still arrived, but yeah, the whole thing looked like it had been tossed around a bit...

A few of the parts also didn’t line up quite right, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. By the end, I was just glad it was finally assembled.

For the price, I thought it would feel more polished and solid. I also didn’t feel very taken care of during the process, more like I was just a ticket number than an actual customer. Overall, disappointing...

I ordered a log bed and nightstand, the lead time they gave me was pretty much spot on. I was kind of bracing for the usual furniture delays and figured if it ran way behind, I’d be asking about some kind of compensation or credit, but it actually shipped when they said it would.

The delivery showed up the same week they listed at checkout, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone for updates or wondering where my order was. Overall, it went smoothly, and I’d order from them again.

I did get my refund in the end, but... the return process took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little slower than I’d hoped

I’ll be honest, the log bed looked a lot better online than it did when it showed up. The wood had some rough spots, there was a crack on one of the rails, and the finish just didn’t feel very even. For the price, I really expected it to feel sturdier and better made. So yeah, I’m let down

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I expected a bit more. The hardware just felt kind of cheap in person, which was disappointing. I still like the company overall, but this one didn’t really live up to what I’m used to from them.

I don’t get the complaints about shipping on this one. Mine got here days earlier than I thought it would, and the packaging was totally fine. No issues at all on my end.

The table showed up with scratches on it and one of the corners was dented. The box was ripped too, so I’m guessing it got knocked around during shipping or maybe... I don’t know. For what it costs, I just expected it to arrive in much better condition

I tried getting some help with a warranty issue, it just kind of dragged on way longer than it should have. The replies were slow, and it felt like I was being brushed off instead of actually helped. Frustrating overall.

It felt really off, and like i said, dealing with a return or trying to make it work was just more hassle than I wanted. Not happy with the fit

It’s okay overall, but for the price I was expecting a little more. Maybe I’m just guessing, but it kind of feels like the brand name or packaging is what bumps the cost up. Not bad, just not sure I’d call it a great deal
